mmmmm....fresh strawberries??!!

July17, 2012:  We went with Mot to pick strawberries at a local farm.  You know how you have an idea in your mind of how much fun an activity is going to be and that everyone will love it, well...what was in my head was not reality.  The pictures depict fun, but there were more tears and whining than what meets the eye.  Belles would pick all the rotten moldy strawberries and then throw them, then she decided to put them in our strawberry bucket.  Josh was hot, tired, and hungry so is endurance level was not there.  Even though this activity was actually a huge challenge, they did have fun and we had strawberries to eat that were SO sweet.

Hide and Seek Anyone?

July:  I am trying to sell my antique buffet because it is just too big for the house.  I really love it, but it must go.  Bella's cousin Abby taught her how to hide in it.  Bella loves being in little spaces.  you can always find her in a cupboard or closet.

Lovin the babies

July:  Bella adores babies.  Real or not she is a little mommy.  I've never seen a child like babies this much!  I found her this morning with her doll putting necklaces on and then taking the dolls toes and doing "this little piggie"  She would see Wee Wee Wee all the way home and jibber the rest.  I have a video but for some reason they are not loading correctly so pictures will have to do until I figure this out!

Washington really is the most beautiful State

June:  After we dropped off Maddy at youth conference we went across the street to deception pass.  Abby and Bella had fun playing in the water.  Bella loves to dig in the sand.  She does not like being told what to do and has a mind of her own.  It is quite funny.

The look and pure originality

June:  Bella found the iPod and then I find both her and Josh rocking out to music.  There is this look Bella always gets on her face and does with her lips once she decides to start getting her groove on.  I actually got the look on camera!

While I was making breakfast, Bella was in the kitchen drawers, and I guess the bathroom by the toothpaste in her hand.  Her hat is a baking mold for a cake.  Quite the character.  I love camera's that capture these moments.

Father's Day

We had fun bowling with Kevin and Jelly.  Belle's was in heaven with all the different colored balls.  She tried to pick them up but they were just too heavy.  She enjoyed fries and helping the rest of us bowl.  What a fun day:)
